Behaviour: Understanding and Managing Challenging Behaviour

This training session explores why students behave the way they do and offers effective strategies to manage challenging behaviour.  You will learn simple de-escalation strategies and be able to identify when and why low level disruption escalates. You will have a new found confidence when dealing with students who show challenging behaviour.
